Our building restrictions are intended to inspire a uniquely designed residential community that preserves and
celebrates the use of natural characteristics of the existing landscape in ways that will enhance investment potential for all homeowners. We encourage high-quality home design with architectural integrity and the use of natural building materials and appropriate detailing and scale, while offering sufficient flexibility for stylistic expression.  

 

Landscape design that is sympathetic to the surrounding environment is a priority and will be reviewed and approved by the Design Review Committee to ensure quality and compliance with the overall design objectives. The Declaration of Restrictive Covenants is available upon request and have been filed with the Town of Middleton.
